Eligibility and Selection Criteria
Good Times takes pride in being the service leader in fast food. This leadership is a result of each store operator being a proven performer and thinking and acting like an owner. Each Operating Partner is tied directly into the performance of their store. There is a specific performance criteria that must be met over a minimum of six consecutive months to be considered for eligibility in the Good Times Operating Partner Program. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of three years of General Manager experience in a quick service restaurant concept and be a top performer in their organization.
• Paid Vacation
5 days after 1st 6 months, 10 days after 1st year, 15 days after 5 years, 20 days after 10 years
• Sick Days
4 days per year after 1 year anniversary. If not used, they are converted to vacation the following year.
